You will not be able to amend the request after approval, fields will turn read-only and the form becomes your attendance card.
When your meeting participation request has been approved, you will be assigned an account number in the Lumi AGM account list. This is converted into a QR Code and barcode that can be used to be admitted into the physical meeting.
After approval, the form becomes read only and you are unable to amend any information. Contact your intermediary or Lumi representative to make changes.
